How much would you charge for this site? Just imagine the blank pages are done w/ an average amount of content and pictures, but nothing too special about them. There will also be a form page added to auto email inquiries about volume purchases. I didn't do the site and I already know how much was paid for it. I will not reveal how much was paid for it. I'm curious how much my friend got taken for a ride.

Another question: If the site owner is paying for hosting and domain from the beginning is it standard for the designer to allow no access to the site until it is finished and completely paid for?

Also, he may be dropping the current designer because the guy just isn't delivering. So feel free to post your portfolio and he may consider you!

Am I supposed to be seeing something more than a small graphic that says "new mountain" and is approximately 200x150 pixels? I suspect that I'd find a popup if I wasn't too lazy to disable Mozilla's new-windows-via-javascript-prevention option, and sites with popups like that suck. I don't care if they have the best layout and graphics in the world; they still suck.
