YAHL2T: I need a bit of help

I'm trying to get onto the road to the prison. The crane dropped me (in my little dune buggy) into a dry riverbed populated with friendly antlions. I'm trying to get the car back onto its wheels so that I can get going.

I have pushed the car, run into it, jumped on it, crouched under the wheel and jumped, tried to use it (with the 'e' key), strafed it with every weapon, tried the grav gun, tried the crowbar, tossed grenades and used the SMG's grenade launcher. I've tried to get into the crane so that I can pick it up again. Nothing seems to work.

Has anyone gotten past that, and if so how? I'm ready to try walking that road! 😕

I just crouched, sort of got an underside angle on it, and plugged it with the grav gun. It flipped over fine.

I would not recommend attempting the journey on foot.

blast it a couple of times with the gravity gun (primary fire) it'll flip over.
