Finally got off my ass to take some more pics of the collection.

Here is a good chunk of my Mosin Nagants.

In the pic are 5 91/30s, 2 M39s, 2 M44, and a M38 in a M44 stock.

The top one came from a fellow collector that was selling off his military rifles. The one below came from the CMP, it is a Springfield Armory "service grade".

Yeah, it's crazy how Springfield charges $1300 for a "new" Garand when you get the CMP ones for $300+.

It is even worse to see lots of those same $300 - $500 CMO Garands on tables at gunshows at $800 - $1000 even though they aren't supposed to be purchased only for resale.

There are some SKSs, an AK, a few Mausers, a custom FAL carbine (my favorite), a CETME, a couple more Enfields and Nagants that aren't in the pics, and a few handguns.

Class 3 is illegal in Illinois unless you hold the proper FFL.🙁

The AK is always a good time, as are the Garands. My current favorite is the FAL though I need to do someting about better sights.

Heh, I wish I had a private range. I belong to a local rifle range with a membership limited to 250 people.

Even though it is close to where I live, I don't get out there nearly enough and my shooting suffers.
