Can you drive? If so, just take her for a couple hour drive with a CD playing and hope there's an awesome sunset.

You're not allowed to drive until you're 18 where I live.

Ah that sucks, it's only 16 here.

Take her to a coffee shop and bring a board game. If you know how to talk, then it's a win! You can also go to the mall or the arcade, or shopping, or hell anything.

JUST DON'T TAKE HER TO A CINEMA

They are counter productive. The focus gets turned to the movie rather than each other.

IT DOESN"T MATTER WHERE YOU TAKE A WOMAN OUT.

Coffeeshop? It's illegal to get a woman under influence and then do things to her (although I like the way you think 😛).

Um... not really what I had in mind... I think you need to keep those raging hormones in check. I recommended a coffee shop so that you don't have to pay for anything expensive (if at all) for the girl and it's a good chance to talk to her to build and increase attraction.... You need to get to step A before you get to X.

Coffeshops in The Nederlands are not famous for the coffee they offer...

Yeah, I know. You guys drive, we drink and use weed 😀. (I can get alcoholic beverages and weed legally when I turn 16.)

I know. We take pride in the fact that our weed has the most THC (the active stuff) in it 😀.

So ask her over to smoke with ya?

Maybe later 😛. I heard from someone that smoking with a girl that's never done the stuff before is certain to get you laid 😉.

She's a chicken? 😕

No, man 😛. It's at some zoo of some sorts. I didn't go, don't have biology 😛.

Buy a new comfy chair. 😛 😉

Get a futon from Walmart or Buy two bean bags and have her over to the house.

Good luck to you.

IE, invite her over?

Yes. Rent some movies, order a pizza, and have fun.

Or if you want something more informal, or less intimate, call a few friends girls and guys, and have a game night at your house. Something like taboo, trivial pursuit, clue... have a movie out, too. Be the life of the party, but make sure she gets special attention. That is if you have furniture and your sibling doesn't interfere, or your parents.

You could just go out and watch the stars, while just talking, since I am guessing you live in a rural area if the nearest theatre is so far away.

**EDIT**
Don't make her sit alone. Even in a comfy chair, it would be awkward if you aren't sitting next to each other. Trust me, I made that mistake once, and it was terrible. By the time I realized, it was too late.

If anything, lay out a few blankets and pillows and watch on the floor. It also matters how into you she is because you don't want to freak her out. But if you don't have much furniture and can't afford it, floor and bed comforter with pillows is a good option. It gives her and you the chance to snuggle a little (might be too much for a 15-16 year old though). Have some food, don't let her have an empty stomach, but don't make the food too filling.

Also, if the movie thing isn't good, lying on the roof and watching the stars is cool too, as long as you are an interesting person to talk to (i.e. carry on a conversation with jokes and stuff). Girls like guys that make them laugh. If you have interesting things about astronomy, although cliche, it works. 😛

Where do you live that has a school, bowling alley, and a fvcking petting zoo, but no ice cream stand or movie theater?

Oh, they'll start building a movie theater in 2008. I live in Goes, Zeeland, The Netherlands 🙂.

There was a movie theater in Goes in 1995 when I was visiting a friend there ... we went out to Judge Dredd IIRC 😀 You live outside the town or something?

This thread made my morning... dunno why. lol.

Damn theres NOTHING to do in your town haha.. I've seen so many good ideas in this thread just get shot down because of the quirkiness of where you live. Board games in coffee shops was actually a good one.

It does seem like a hassle to go to a theater/cinema, but it would give you two lots of time to talk.

Dinner & movie at your place is good too, but it might freak her out... er ... you cooking her dinner just for the both of you I mean. It might be pretty sweet if you cooked dinner for your whole family, got them to know each other, then brought her downstairs or whatever to watch a movie (plus your parents wont think you're gay anymore, win-win). Also yeah, DO NOT .. sit apart while watching said movie in house. Its just awkward. Bed or use the blankets+pillows idea.

It sucks being poor 🙁. Sucks living in a crappy town, too. Anything that's just SOOO generic our town's bound to have it?

That would've been the coffee shop. Hmm.. I guess you could just take her out for dinner (though that seems rather date-like .. but I guess thats what you're aiming for), then ... I dunno. Hang out at a local/favorite playground at night & just chill/talk/reminisce?

Not aiming for a date. Aiming for being alone with her. That's all 😛.

Office Space ftw

Movie choices aren't a problem. It's just that we both need to sit somewhere. Downstairs we're bound to be split up by the parents/sibling, upstairs there's only one chair and my bed.

I say movies are a no-no on the first date unless you're gonna make fun of them ala MST3K.

C'mon, do something creative or something more interactive - Minigolf, bowling, etc. Heck, on our first date, my wife and I read each other children's stories at a Barnes and Noble. It was super fun!

I'm 15, she's 16. We don't have any children. But bowling sounds like a good idea.

He wasn't saying that they read books to each others' children. He said that they read children's books to each other. 😉
