Very nice. I love my P229 in .40 but my full-sized s&w mp 9 gets more use just because of ammo prices.

S&W recommends +P, no +P+, but when the shtf, I probably won't think twice.

What type of rounds do you use? I personally like Federal HST and Winchester Talons for my sig and MP.

Do you feel safer?

Diminishing returns apply to your level of safety as your purchase more guns. Once you have an assault rifle, a long range rifle, a shotgun and a pistol, you stop seeing large returns to safety, as additional guns will only serve to arm your friends and family in a SHTF situation.

At that point, I recommend buying other essentials, like body armor, gas masks, OC gas grenades, and of course, thousands of rounds of ammunition.

I would add a decent night vision device. Came in damn handy in the aftermath of Katrina. Even if you have a generator that vast majority do not have power. That means very few lights and no streetlights and that equates to dark as hell.

+1

I still have PVS-7's that I was issued. When it came time to check out of my last unit, they did not have any records of me ever being issued them. Damn, I always thought I had. Oh well, just a misunderstanding, they are never wrong. :D

Nice choice! I own a 2340 and was issued a 2022, both in .357Sig. I love 'em. :)
