OK I didn't exactly know what you meant by "favorites" quotes. Was it like a guy's pic with his tongue sticking out and then she put that comment next to it? I'm not familiar with the rate-me site features I guess.

Anyway I personally wouldn't go so far as being that friendly with other guys (her tongue comment is overly suggestive) because I'm flirty but not that flirty; I prefer to joke around and make fun of guys who are not my b/f. There should be a boundary she should set to show that she's not single. That boundary could vary from girl to girl though. *shrug*
