YAGT: What does maybe mean?

Okay, so I finally grew a pair of balls, and asked a girl to hang out with me. So, I say "Hey, I was wondering if you wanna hang out sometime, and go on my waverunner? It's supposed to be nice on Friday, and am going out then,", then she says "Yeah, maybe." Does this mean yes, no, or actually mean maybe?

Did she say Yeah maybe quickly with a smile or a slow yeah maybe with reserves? If its quick, it means yes, if not then its a NO but I don't want to tell you straight out because I'm a girl.

Look man, she is already playing games with you. Cut off all contact and find another girl. Inadvertantly have her see/hear about you and new girl. Then the first girl will be yours.

Unless she is truly a pro and just wants to see if she can steal you from the new girl. Either way, she is not someone you want to be with, trust me. All she is going to do is make you feel not good enough.
