YAGT: What do you think of this?

I'm not in the mood for a long story, let's go into instant cliff-mode:

1. Girlfriend and I broke up a few months ago.
2. Became good friends, talk a lot.
3. She started seeing another guy, likes him, messes around, but decided she doesn't want to date him right now.
4. Leads guy into thinking they're dating but never tells him they're actually not.
5. Her best friend breaks up with her boyfriend, she casually goes out with said guy as friends to talk about the hard break up and all, they end up gettin it on in the back of his truck.
6. She tells me everything that happened because I'm the good friend and all, and I was honest instead of kind and told her I thought she was a tramp and the worst friend ever (to her friend who just lost her boyfriend) AND awfully mean to the guy who sort of thought he was dating her (who she's been messing around with for the past couple months).

So was I in the wrong guys? I don't think so. She's way more "easy" than I thought she was and she's a terrible friend (not to me, to the other two) so I just told it like it was. Hey, she had to hear it from someone. 😛

you're her "friend" not her bf. i think its safe to say you told her the right thing.
not sure why this is a yagt thread int he 1st place, unless you're trying to get back with her, but i think you ruined any chance on that. plus she sounds like a slut so why you would want to get back with her is beyond me anyway.

i think the only answer here is invite her slutty ass back to your place...tell her to get naked...whip out the camera...post pics of her nude on the internet 😀

Who cares what she thinks...its beyond me why you would want to keep an exgirlfriend around as a friend anyway, unless you were planning on trying to tap it again.

You just told it like it is. Although I'm sure she has some reason that justifies her actions or something.

jeez, quit talking to her. she is dead to you.

Don't answer the phone if she calls, make it very clear that you no longer want to be involved in her drama.

she is dead to you. Why on earth would I want to hear about my ex being banged in the backseat of a pick up? Just cut it off.....

You hit it first thats all that matters.

your thoughts intrigue me, as always....I think you should write a book. I'll foot the the bill, you write the book. We'll call it "Gigapet's Guide".

So I did nothing wrong.

Why are we still friends? Dunno. I haven't minded it so far.

I defintely don't want to date her again. After these recent events, the thought did creep into my mind that maybe I should try to hit that again, but no, that would just be too weird on too many levels.

How long of a book could it be?

Chapter 1
Hit it.

The end.

It just sounds like you are her friend only for emotional support. She probably broke up b/c she doesn't want to commit, but she knows you will be there for support. I think it kind of shows with her actions.

Why do you even talk to your exes? Anyhoo, she definatly sounds like a tramp. Stringing along her rebound guy like that. Personally I probably couldn't be friends with someone who is that easy.

You're exactly right. This kid (her friend's now ex) told her he really likes her and she's so freaking gullible, and that made her all sappy and she said he treated her so well and everything. So that in her mind makes her feel she is not easy.
