So as some of you guys know, I've been doing the online dating thing; more to meet people as I am new to the area than looking for a relationship.

I sent this girl a message because she caught my eye:

So I dropped her a line and she sent me a message back saying:
"Thanks for the msg, but i like older guys. Goodluck w/ everything on here"

What the hell is that?
I get criticized all the time for acting older than my age, and if she was interested enough to respond and wish me good luck; why the issue with age? Why does physical age matter to women? I've met guys in their 30's who act like they are 15. Should she not be looking at the person's personality, or skills 😉 if that's the reason for the age issue.

Bah...annoying.

BTW. She's 22, I'm 23.
 
It's just some online random chick that you didn't even go on a single date with, just move on to the next.

You guys obviously didn't get the point of that thread.:roll:
I didn't want to be in a situation where women are more attracted to my wallet rather than my personality given the financial status of a lot of the people I date.

As I pointed out, $60k Canadian where I live is worth $80k in Dallas and over $100k in NewYork, so there is a large discrepancy between other people my age in the city I live in.

Not getting into that at this point; this girl is University educated and is in the medical field, she'll be fairly well off on her own.
