YAGT: She wants to "stop falling in love"

Long story short..met girl week ago, went to club together..had a *fun* time on the dance floor..went back to her friend's place, (he lived close) laid on his bed (in studio apartment with others), cuddled, kissed, was quite a nice romantic moment..that lasted a while..all go home, next day she writes in her Xanga (online journal/blog), a list of "New Year's Resolutions" that she wants to "stop falling in love".

Number one issue here is that she doesn't want to take this far, or what?..but number two which is even more important, is that she was "falling in love" after one night? Am I reading far too much into this?

😕

Go to bed.

I am the only allowed to have issues with women on this board. 😛

A girl who "falls in love" after one night of romance with a relative stranger seeks psycological justification for her sluttiness and most likely loneliness.

But then again I could be reading too much into this. 😛

Okay, she revised it..and now it says "2. *CLARIFICATION* falling in love with the wrong people"

That just means she is reading this thread. DUMP HIS ASS ALREADY!

Girls who have Xanga journals tend to view themselves as the center of the universe and live life like a soap opera. You're her newest story arc. Enjoy the emotional head-games!

Start your own Xanga journal and write down your feelings and confusion over this matter.

Not a bad idea. Make sure she sees it, and then you two can completely avoid direct meaningful communication. Imagine experiencing an entire relationship firsthand in the third person...
