she wants you. I have the same situation, except lil farther down the road:
I just got with a girl that i was flirting and what not for about a year (we were/are really tight friends ... pretty much beyond what you would consider appropriate for friends) . Shes had a boytfriend for about 2 years now and i think she still does (?). I went out with her to see a movie and hung around her house and all... Plus she spent the night on friday. Needless to say im verry happy

But yeah dude if theres a will theres way, I would set up something where its just the 2 of you and just have ton of good time (somethign romantic more than just friendly) and at the end just ask her whats going on (and lay out out flat..you wanna be with her and what not if the timing is right). If shes into you, she'll be all yours. Good luck and dont give up!
EDIT: I would ignore vast majority of responses from here though, about 90% of people on anandtech have no human interaction skills...
