ok, i'm taking this girl out on thursday evening...this will be our first date...only thing is, i havent dated in 5 years...any good ideas?

i'm located in central oklahoma...any help would be appreciated

or maybe go to lake hefner for dining and sight seeing....

there is a place called "Le Visage" near my place...dang....60 bucks for 30 minutes....

jedimaster is a friend of mine...i actually posted this for him, since he lives out in bufu and has no working net connection out there(anyone catch the typing similarity 😉 )...only at his shop...he was trying to avoid the whole dinner and a movie thing...since its pretty played out...he was gonna try to catch an imax flick at the omniplex(much better than a regular movie, actually my idea), but they're not gonna be able to catch it in time...it's going to be evening before they get to okc or norman...the whole bowling thing doesnt sound too bad, i'll tell him about that one...i've seen some other good ones up there as well...he just wants to do something different...and doesnt wanna spend an arm and a leg(considering its just a get to know each other thing, plus its kinda weird to spend out the ass on a first date, imho)

keep the ideas coming...this is the first woman he's met in a while thats even close to him intelectually...so he'd like to make a good impression...don't be afraid to suggest some nerdy stuff...she's a robert jordan fan, if that tells you anything 🙂
 
Be sure to ask her to stick out her left hand and blow lots of money on her, and make sure you mess up the bathroom when you go to Ryan's Steakhouse.

i try not to make the whole dating thing so serious, take her out casually, as you would a friend; cept don't take her to a strip club (unless she's really that open), try something fun; listen to her interests and work something around that. btw, i've never failed with home cooked meals and a blockbuster night.
