You shouldn't, but you should feel sorry for the poor child who was the result of some irresponsible kid.

exactly. people seem to be focusing on children as a method of punishment for the young parent-"Why shouldn't he have to work his ass off?"-rather than as the humans they are. I do feel sorry for children born into abject poverty.

Jennie, your stupidity and selfishness amazes me. You tell me that I have never been in your situation. But as noted earlier I did have a child at a young age. I wasn't carrying the child, but unless you forget, by law, I am required to take half responsibility for the child.

Just because you carry the child, I do not believe that doesn't mean we don't know what it feels like to be in your situation. Aside from morning sickness, getting fat, and normally 24 hours or less of pain.... the baby is half of us to.

Please inform me, why did you want to kill your children, i'd like to know?

Right now I'd gladly trade a year or two in the slammer to avoid the next 18 years of sh!t I'm going to be subjected to.

I'm divorced and pay $650/mo in child support. I'm happy to pay that, I love my daughter and want to see her taken care of. I'll soon be paying an additional $500/mo to a kid I never want to see. When my ex-girlfriend got pregnant, I tried to convince her to get an abortion. She refused. I tried to get her to put the kid up for adoption. There's no way she can raise it on her own, she can't even take care of herself. But she still refused. So we both made the decision to have sex, but that's where my choice ended. Now she's coming after me for money, for a child she decided to have.

Quick recap: abortion, if not, do it yourself.

Also, get snipped ASAP.

:Q

I'm just utterly dumbfounded at your stupidity. Perhaps you should hook up with Jennie.

Willing to play but not willing to pay (well, you have no choice now...you're being forced to pay.)

I'm astounded by the pro-choicers that somehow feel that an abortion is an irresponsible choice.

The mating of an embryo and sperm is not a mystical event. There's no alleluia chorus in heaven every time it happens. It's a purely biological function. If everyone followed your reasoning to it's logical conclusion, then anybody that treats any physical ailment with surgery or pills is irresponsible. Getting cancer is a natural process. Maybe we should learn to love it. People that get chemotherapy are evil! They're killing future cancerous cells!

Likewise, you're so stupid I'm surprised that you can remember to breathe.

When we had sex, we both made the choice to do that. But that's where my choice ended. She had a choice to abort or not abort the little bastard, I did not. I told her I wanted nothing to do with the kid, but she made the choice that she wanted to play mommy and now I have to pay for a kid I didn't want. She wanted it. I did not. I don't see what's so hard to understand.

But you're not astounded at the lack of responsibility you exhibited in not using birth control/protection.

Mind-boggling.

Your choice did NOT end at deciding to have sex. You're an adult. You realize that having unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy. If you don't want to be a father, use protection!

Jeebus...it doesn't get any simpler than that!

So you consider a child a illness/disease? You argument has no backbone other than its a personal conflict between right and wrong.

According to your argument, no one should face up to their actions... why are we keeping murderers, rapists, pedophiles, ect ect behind bars?

Give up while your only half way behind.

So do they lobotomize people in your church? You said "If you don't want to be a father, use protection!" OK, the sex was the past event. The one after which I had no choice in the matter. I made the choice to have sex, as did she. After that, I had no choice. Critical thinking isn't your strongest skill is it?

err??? what? He was arguing that the creation of life is a biological function and isn't sacred (your whole tangent about responsibility is unrelated).

Murderers, rapists, and pedophiles cannot eliminate their mistakes. Their victims are still dead or injured. A fetus can be gotten rid of and nobody is any worse for the wear. Apples and oranges.

Try again, zealot.

Apparently, it's not yours either. You see, in order for your girlfriend to have gotten pregnant, you had to have had unprotected sex.
Meaning, you didn't use a condom.

Now, most sentient males would think, "Hmm, I don't want to get my girl pregnant so I'm going to wrap up!"

You, otoh, are oblivious to this invention, apparently.

And, wth gives you the impression I'm in some sort of church? Hmmmm???

No it's not, it's a fetus. You just said so yourself. If it was a human life we'd call it a person or a human or a baby. But we don't. It's a fetus.

Work on your reading comprehension. You don't even seem to be able to understand what you yourself wrote.

So the child, or 'fetus' as you prefer to call them, is not harmed? Last I checked they were killed to.

So I can decide to use a condom after the girl is already pregnant and that'll take care of it? Sweet, and all this time I thought it would be so hard to prevent a past pregnancy.

You really are dumb.

lol. ok this is quote worthy. I'm sorry but how are you not able to make the obvious jump from coitus to pregnancy?
