Actually, there was an instance when two sets of identical twins married. Legally the children are cousins, but they're genetically brother and sister. 😛

That's surprisingly common actually, mostly in older folks though. Typically when you're married to someone for 25+ years you get to know their siblings very well, if you didn't already.

Anyway dude, go ahead and date the sister. Just because your brother's girlfriend is neurotic doesn't mean you have to be. Besides, it's not her call; it's between you and the sister. And maybe the parents if you're young enough, but if you can drive you're not what I'd term young enough.
