Some of you may remember a thread I started a while back about excitement issues I was having when cuddling with my girlfriend.
It?s been some time since that thread was posted, but a few months ago this girl that is friends with my girlfriend started talking to me at school. I knew who this girl was cuz she?s smokin? hot, but I?d never really talked to her before. We have a couple of classes together, so we have a little bit of time to sit around and talk. We don?t talk when we?re not supposed to, so we don?t get into trouble for talking. Sometimes we IM each other when we?re supposed to be working, but we don?t get caught so it?s cool.
Anyway, a couple of weeks after we ?met? and started talking to each other on a regular basis, she asked me, ?Do you know of a website called AnandTech?? I told her, ?Yeah, it?s a computer geek site that does hardware reviews and stuff, but I don?t read it that much really.? Then she asked me if I ever check out the message boards there and I told her the forums were the main reason I visit the site. She asked if I ever post stuff there and I told her that I did post periodically. Then she said, ?Did you ever see that story about a guy that was cuddling with his girlfriend and got a hardon?? I said, ?Yeah, I saw it.? She said, ?You wrote that, didn?t you??
OH. FVCKING. SH!T!! I tried to act cool and blow it off with ?Hell no,? but she wasn?t buying it. She said, ?It?s alright, I?m not gonna tell anyone about it. It was you, though, wasn?t it??
I guess I suck at lying.
I begged her not to say anything about it to anyone and she kept saying that she wouldn?t. I asked her how she found out about it and she said that one of the guys here at the school sent her a link to the story a while back. I guess that means that it?s possible that somebody I go to school with is a member or reader of the ATOT forums. Great. I asked her how she figured out that I posted that story and she said all the clues she used to figure it out were in the story. I asked her if she thought anyone else at the school knew and she said she didn?t think so. I asked, ?What about the guy that sent you the link?? She didn?t think he knew and she said he just sent a link and said it was funny. Visions of Jim from American Pie were starting to go through my head and I was scared. I don?t want everyone in school to know that me and my girlfriend are doing the deed. I don?t want my girlfriend to be thought of as a slut or something. It?s bad enough that this girl and my dad know. A couple of my really close friends know too, but I?m not worried about them knowing.
Since then, she has periodically given me sh!t about the story, saying stuff like ?Don?t twitch!? when I?m about to do something or whatever the case may be. It used to really annoy me at first, but I?ve since gotten used to it. We have become closer friends during this time, and that may have something to do with it.
This brings me to my current dilemma?
About two weeks ago, I was goofing off with her in the hall between classes and was telling her that I was going to do something retarded yet memorable during the homecoming parade and she said, ?Don?t twitch while you?re doing it!? I shot her one of those ?Give it a fvcking rest? looks and she smiled real big and said, ?I?m just messing with you. You can twitch against me anytime!? :Q OMGWTFBBQBONERTWITCH!!!!!!11one!11!1 I was dumbstruck and didn?t know what to do or say, so I said ?Ok.? and told her that I had to go get a drink before the next class started. For the rest of the day (ever since then, really) I was thinking about what she said. This girl is hot (sorry, not posting any pics) and if I didn?t have a girlfriend I?d be all over it. Then yesterday, she said it AGAIN while we were BSing during English class, which brings me to the reason for posting this?
First off, I?m not going to cheat on my gf and I?m not planning to break up with her any time soon. BUT, this girl looks damn good, we get along, and I?d definitely like to tap it in the event that me and the gf were to break up for some reason. I feel like the situation is reaching critical mass and I need to say or do something that lets her know I can?t do anything with her at the moment, but keeps her close enough so that I?ll have my shot in the future if the conditions are right. I don?t want to push her too far away because there might be something there in the future, but I don?t need the temptation right now, either. (I know the last two sentences seem redundant, but I'm trying to work through these thoughts in a way that can be properly understood.) I don?t know how to approach her about it and communicate my feelings about the whole situation without it seeming like I?m trying to string her along. Hell, I don?t know if I can muster the balls to bring it up, but I feel like it has to be done.
So, what the hell am I supposed to say to her? I?m not like some ladies? man that can make chicks swoon with words. I?m not worth sh!t when it comes to oral communication. Also, how do you think I should approach her with this subject? Should I say anything to my gf about it? I?d think not because she might get jealous or get pissed at her friend and end the friendship, but I?m not sure. Relationships make things complicated. Sometimes I?d like to be a slut every once in a while. I guess that?s normal though, right?
