Since you guys thrive on these threads, I thought I might as well throw my love life troubles into the balck hole called ATOT.

I started a new job in a new town (7 hours from home/friends) and most of the guys at this place are 40+ and I am seriously out of place (Manager at 22 years old). So logically I made friendly with some of the students, where one really took a liking to me. She questioned why I was there (wanted to tell her the moeny, but she and her dad are union workers and I'm not about to admit my $60k/year job to them).

So she's petite, but not cute petite like most girls; hot petite! I've been talking to her the odd time at work and she is a Business grad going to teacher's college (didnt like business) in the fall, she's Portuguese (soooo yummy), and 24.5 years. She's interested in hanging out, so I gave her my number and msn...we've talked a couple times out of work, and now she is coming to my place tomorrow.

But the problem is that I am technically her boss and she is totally into me; we have really hit it off so far. Should I hit it or should I be holding back because I have to work with her dad at the plant, considering she will be gone from the plant in 3 weeks.

I hardly see her at work since i've started eating with the management.

c) I don't have a digital cam to take pic of us "hanging out"

Any ideas how I am supposed to get pics and still have her around genious?

YES, you can be disciplined for sexual harassment outside the office. Don't do anything that could possibly get you in trouble.
 
Any relationship between a manager and an employee is automatically considered inappropriate and are grounds for your dismissal; this is what they said in our sexual harassment training at work. FYI, any event outside of work (bars, BBQ, etc...) where the majority of participants are co-workers is considered an extension of the workplace and all rules concerning sexual harassment applies.
 
She doesn't report to me, does that change anything?
Because people date within companies all the time do they not?
