Exactly. For the love of God, a person should not be dictating everything you do. What's next? You plan to go to school or something and it doesn't fit into her time schedule so she says you shouldn't go?

I've seen way too many couples fail because either a) the woman is too immature/lacking self confidence to let her boyfriend do anything without them or b) the guy is too much of a pussy to do something that might displease his girlfriend.

Install your damn stereo and do something with her later. You are a COUPLE. This is not a parent child relationship where one person calls all the shots. You don't tell her not to go to shopping or out with her girlfriends when she wants to, do you?

Grow some balls and tell your girlfriend she can wait for a few hours.

Yup. In fact I've had one girlfriend before for about 2 months, and she's had other boyfriends (short) and one for a month or two before me, and we're both 20.
