yep, hang out with mostly white people but i have a friend who is half black half white(oreo) and actually there is an asian dude i know that i'm cool with but i don't hang out with him regularly

now that is some funny sh!t. All the different slurs ive heard, ive never heard that one. Do other Asians look at you funny when you see a group of them and you are with your "other" friends? That would happen in the black community. We would talk about you.

 
Yea I currently taking lessons in a cessna-152. The plane is older than me 😛. I've flown both a c-172 and a c-152. I actaully prefer the c-152 since I'm so light and that thing just rockets me up.

uhhh naw not really. during all of high school, i think the most asians in one class was like 3 and the other two i got along with fine. its not like i try to segregate myself or anything but i had been hanging out with most of my friends since like 3rd grade or middle school. i couldnt care what race you are because i'll hang out with anybody since it doesnt bother me. when i go to a bay area mall or something and see tons of asians everywhere i am like whoa...there are a lotta asians here.
 
It's actually weird cause my parents and friends bring it up the most...one of my friend's girlfriends was like it's kind of weird, he doesn't hang out with his people at all...

I didn't have an asian friend till I got to college and that's cause there were a bunch in my classes in college...
 
The one I took lessons on was older than me too. It was a 1972 so about 8 years older. Never coughed or burped once though. Only problem I ever had with it was one night the airspeed indicator wasn't working. Of course we didn't know till take off when my instructor is telling me you're not going fast enough don't pull back yet, and meanwhile the plane is trying to jump off the ground cause we're diong 75 knots and the gauge is reading 0, lol. Went back around and landed again. Stopped over by the fuel pumps and checked the pitot tube. Turns out some tiny little bugs built a nest in it and clogged it. We unscrewed the tip and used the tire pump to blow them outta there, lol.
As for your woman troubles, offer to take her for a plane ride. She'd probably love that. How many people does she know with their pilot's license. But you said you were taking lessons right? Well see if you can line up a 172 for that night and let her ride in the back with the instructor giving you a lesson. Might want to keep it short though, girls get bored easy. Clear prop and go get her!

im also asian, only half though, but im thai/laos/white. ive grew up around asians my entire life. heres a good tip, if she is ask you for money twice within a 1 hour period, SHE IS GAMBLING. so if that happens SHE = BAD SELECTION.
go after a half asian, you have a better chance of getting the non-asian personality out of her. im being 100% serious, either there gonna be a gambling freak, or their gonna be super crazy mean. my mom = gambling freakz0r!

My cousins aren't. (They were adopted by my aunt and uncle back in the 60s.)

One's married to a white guy and they run several KFC/Papa John's restaurants down in Houston. She's pretty cool. Haven't seen the other one in ages. :frown:
