If she is a mature girl, it might be that she was making sure that you're the right one for her, and wanted to go out with some other guys to re-affirm her belief that there aren't any other guys that are as great to her as you are. If she isn't a mature girl, you're getting played. haha. I chuckled.

My first thought too. The "replacement" fell through, so she wants you back in the meantime, until another can be found.

But, good news! Since you are already aware of this, you would never consider taking her back...right? Right?
 
Update 2: She calls me and tells me she is so in love with me and can't bare to see me with anyone else. She says it makes her nauseous at just even the thought of me being with another girl. I told her I would have to think about it. WTF?!?!

If you broke up with her, why is there any discussion over seeing other people? Isn't that what "breaking up" means?

That said, it sounds like she's trying to keep you warm on the back burner and wants to make sure you'll be there if she can't find an adequate replacement in an acceptable period of time.

To be REALLY direct, it sounds like she thought she had a shot with another guy, and that's why she wanted to "see other people". When that fell through, she had a shocking change of heart.

In some areas, "college" is actually another name for a "High School" or "Secondary School". Its like that where I live (Australia). Here, tertiary education centers are called Universities.
