I'm 41 and I'm allowing myself to meet women 39 and older so I think a 2 year age difference is okay.

True, but 15/17 can be WORLDS aparty, while 23/25 is pretty much the same age. 12-20 yo, one year can be a big deal.

15 & 17 aren't too bad. As a mom, I think I could live with it.

I think a girl of 15 is too young to start dating, but,.. hey.. that is mho.

Anyways, do a headstand in a swimsuit.

17/2 + 7 = 8.5 + 7 = 15.5

So, you are close to the magic rule cut-off value I typically round down with the magic rule (half your age plus seven), plus you are both still in high school. I'd say give it a shot. Don't get too serious though...

moonshinemadness is in the UK, which means she'll be legal at 16. Keep her waiting til then and she'll be gagging for it ;)

I knew a few girls at school at 15-16 who were going out with older guys, it's the "thing" to do for 15-16yo girls.

I'm 17 and my BF is 23, it seemed like a big deal at first, but it doesn't matter that much now.

you realize thats illegal? and rather stupid for your BF to be messing with a youngin' like yourself.

15-17 is nothing. Thats exactly what I did with my first. But please just tap it, don't get into a relationship, you're too damn young to deal with drama. Get what you want and get out.

If you find a smart, attractive, and mature younger girl, go for it.

I've been lucky enough to have two such relationships. The first was a 17/15 situation that ended after a year only because we moved away from each other (college and such).

The second is a 21/18 situation that is going incredibly well and I'm head-over-heels about her.

A 3 year age difference is nothing once you are out of the immaturity of high school. I hardly notice it now, and I'll care even less once she's 30 and I'm 33.

Words of caution: when they are under 16, you should make sure the relationship is okay with her parents. Cops don't go around randomly ID'ing couples to see if they're legal, but they'll definitely respond to a call made by her parents though.

And if you're worried about people making fun of you/what your friends think, I think maybe you should evaluate your own maturity level and that of your friends.

Indeed.

There's nothing like meeting a hot chick, and then finding out she's 15 or something. Since I'm 21, that's kind of off limits :p
