YAGT: 7.62 or 5.45. Which chamber size for the shooter....

So, if you were getting a post-ban AK (or variant) would you go 7.62x39mm or 5.45x39mm. The 7.62 is cheaper to operate and has better penetration, the 5.45 is a tad more expensive, but has much better ballistics.......

introductions mainly, i want to be getting a gun soon(just turned 20), and i dont like going out buying things without researching first. going thru the first 10 page results of google isnt as fast as asking somebody where they get their info. :beer:
