I'm cleansing them with glycerine soap and saline solution in the morning and at night. So far so good. She was told would take 8 months to heal. Don't think it will take that long for her. We're guessing two months tops, she heals very fast.

If you haven't done it yet, use a steam cleaner. Puke soaks in to everything. You've gotta keep cleaning it until the water comes out clean (note: you'll need to do the whole car or you'll get a nice clean spot and everything else will look dingy.) After that, use an enzyme cleaner like they make for cleaning up pet or kid accidents. That'll help a lot.

Only people I've ever known who got it done had no deadening at all.
