Have you looked at a Kahr P9, Glock 26 or Kel-Tec P11? Otherwise what about stepping into a higher end .380 like the SIG P232?

The guy at the shop did show me a Kel-Tec P11. The P11 is the same size as my Bersa, but its 9mm. He also showed me a .380 Kel-Tec model that was smaller than my Bersa. I had heard of Kel-Tec but never heard anything on quality.

I haven't really thought of anything else besides the XD yet.

How does the Kahr or Sig compare in size to the XD?

If any of you are in San Antonio, and want to hit the range, lemme know - we can start having ATOT gun meets instead of LAN parties... :p

Actually, there are spare parts available but it depends on the part - SA refuses to send important parts to anyone who isn't a trained gunsmith - but they'll send you simple to replace stuff if you ask. But otherwise, yes you have to send it to them for any major repairs. I haven't seen any complaints about their warranty service over @ xdtalk though... seems like they go above & beyond every time.
