YAFFT: Which trades should I accept?

Ok, my team is sucky at TE position. I got Cooley and Witten.

I got two offers, which is best?

1) I get Heap for R. Moss

or

2) I get Shockey for Stallworth.

Someone offered me Kellen Winslow and Corey Dillon for Chester Taylor. Should I take it? I've been weak at TE. Chester has been decent and I don't see him doing much more until Brad Johnson starts clicking better with the WR's.
