I have Eric Johnson and Gonzo....

Gonzo is the man... but Eric Johnson is the 49ers primary weapon, and has been putting up ridiculous numbers...

Whats the word folks?

Such a happy decision to make though:)

If you are a FF god, why are you asking for our advice? ;)

Both are playing tough road games. Johnson has a horrible QB throwing to him. I'd probably stick with history and go with Gonzo.

Rattay went 38/57 with 417 yards on Sunday. Thats more completed passes in a game than ANY of the great SF QBs before him.

Johnson. I got him off the waiver wire in one league and have been very happy with him so far.

Yea, but still. It's Tim Rattay. I repeat, it's Tim Rattay.

B-b-but Rattay was throwing against the vaunted Arizona Cardinals' secondary. :p

Honestly, I would probably pick Johnson if for no other reason than that he doesn't have as much competition for catches as Gonzo would have (with Holmes, that is -- I'm not suggesting that KC has wide receivers).

On the other hand, with Holmes running, it makes Gonzo more of a threat. A good running game makes for an effective passing game and visa versa. I would go with Gonzo. He's a big time playmaker for the Chiefs, and Baily isn't covering him.

Make sure Johnson's not going to be limited by cracked ribs first. Still not sure it's wise to sit Gonzo. However, Johnson appears to be Rattay's favorite target.

bump... still haven't decided yet...

Who's the stronger Safety/Linebacker corps? Jacksonville or New York?

Never sit Gonzo, period. I would trade Johnson while his value is high for something you need, plus Johnson has a cracked rib.

Johnson is #1 in receptions and #4 in yardage in the league.
Gonzo, so far, has 18 receptions, half the yardage and TDs.
