I don't know of any foods to bring outside of chips and dip, and that's already covered. Any very easy-to-make things any of you would suggest?

Meatballs or the little smokie things? Just get a big bottle or two of your favorite BBQ sauce, dump them into a crock pot, dump in meat product of choice, slow cook before hand for 4 hours, stirring occasionaly.

I'm looking for stuff like the meatball/weenie suggestion. They already have chips and beer, so I have to bring something else.

Also -

Get one jar of salsa of desired hotness, and 8oz block of Velveeta Mexican cheese, half a pound of hamburger.

Fry up the burger and melt down the velveeta. Dump all three things into a crock pot and let them cook for a couple hours. You'll want to use the tostitos "Gold" chips for this because it's pretty thick stuff.

I know it's a "chips and dip" thing....but it's freaking good. Especially when garnished with beer. :)

There's also these -

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room soft
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bunch green onions, sliced
8 oz. salsa
1 sm. can black olives, diced
8 oz. green chilies, diced
5 or 6 lg. tortillas

Mix all ingredients well. Spread mix on the tortillas. Roll up. Chill for several hours. Slice.

Get sammiches!

Order a head of time and have them cut each one into 3" instead of the usual 6.

The wings are a good idea in theory, but I just foresee a bunch of guys in a room with barbecue sauce all over their hands that can't read their draft sheets, or write anything down.

Weenie tots!!! No manly event like a draft is complete without them. They go great with poker night, fantasy drafts, etc...

Oh yea, and chips and beer.
