thats an email i got off paypal, supposedly. apparently i filed a complaint, and have been refunded partially to the tune of £16. (which i havent)
anyway, as you can see, they go on to ask me to confirm that i recieved the item.
so im guessing is, im supposed to say yes i got the item, and then they say great! can you paypal the refund back to us please
