YAET: charged me for a CC reversal (refusal?) for nothing

How can they charge me for a "CC reversal" when I don't owe them a penny? Morons. If I was going to sue eBay I would put in the new CC number (long story) but why should I do it or even think about it if I have no plans to use their service any time soon? Bah, they suck (and it takes like two days for them to reply to email).
