Some stupid b!tch failed to read the payment terms where I specifically stated.

"Only NON-CC PAYPAL and Credit Card Payments Through BIDPAY."

What does she do ?
Pay with Credit Card Paypal. I told her to resend via Bidpay. Her response. "I feel unsafe using Bidpay."
So I got back to her the same day, telling her i'll just accept the CC Paypal.And today she tells me she bought it from someone else.

sounds like a negative feedback is in her future. of course she'll just counter with a negative against you.

yea, so i just told her to pay me the listing fee and the evaluation fee.
we'll see how she responds.

I may even file a NPB. if she doesn't comply.
 
i would file the NPB regardless, especially if she files a negative feedbac

she bought the item, didn't read the instructions, refuses to pay the agreed method (In the auction) : and then buys it from someone else.
 
Yea hate that. The % shaved off of CC payments sucks. Especially since it hits non-CC payments too once you upgrade your account.

You can "downgrade" it too though.

But then again there are too many close minded bidders (many in ATOT) who freak out if you have even one neg.
 
Seen this way too many times... finally decided to go premier for the CC Paypal. It's just not worth dealing with the general population who can't read. The extra fee only hurts if you sell much higher priced items... which I don't.
