YAER: Sold something on Ebay but Bidder won't respond **possible retaliation**

I sold something on ebay, and the bidder won't respond to several of my emails.
It's already been 3 days since no reply.
I've sent 3 emails reminding him of payment, and contacting me on the payment terms.

It seems like this guy will be a deadbeat bidder ( he has 100+ positive feedback tho )

Now, I checked and this guy has 2 items for sale. Currently has no bids, and it's ending in a day or two.
Do I retaliate ?

What would you do ?

yea, i'm not gonna do anything right now, but I mean the guy has auctions running.
So I am assuming that he's checking on his auctions and checking emails for questions.
So I don't understand why he won't respond to my email asking which payment method he'll be using.

I just ran into a problem where the other party's spamfilter decided to filter all of my messages to him regarding the auction (nice eh). Thought he was ignoring me as well. On a hunch I sent another email from a different account...

Just an idea.

I agree... could be a spam filter and it's not getting through to him. I've had a few people take more than 2 days to contact me, it's really not that big of a deal. If you're not waiting for the money from them to make your rent payment, then who cares if you have to wait a couple extra days. Personally, I'd just shrug it off and see what happens of the course of a couple days than to make a lot of wasted effort figuring out why I didn't get paid within 30 seconds of the auction ending.
