all year tires, im not sure if i am going to get wheels also, or not.

15" wheels. what are some good tires for them?
17" wheels, how about them?

also, any decent 17" wheels, aluminum, for a gmc jimmy 4 dr?

i get snow, rain, everything so i need them to be good all year, all conditions.

Please add the "YACT:" to title.

I assume this is all for the GMC Jimmy 4 door right?
What year is it?
It has 235x65R15's on it now correct?
So you want a compromise basicly right?
you don't want to change tires in the fall?

no i do not want to change tires, my current ones suck, rain, i peel out no matter how slowly i try to accel, traction sucks, and the rear driver side leaks.

and they are 70r15's.

1998 4 door 4wd.

Do not go 17's on that thing, your ride will get so painfil you will want some sidewall. I would go with some 16's if I were gonna go any bigger on that little SUV.

Also if you want all year tires there is only 1 real option, Michelin by far the best and longest lasting all season tires you can get.

Why don't you get the bigger wheels and put the winter tires on the old wheels? Winter tires are for snow. Summer tires are for dry and wet.

because that gets expensive quickly, 4 tires, at 100$, then 4 more at around 100 + wheels @ about 120 x 4, id be lookin at 1280$ w/o shipping.
