YACT: Who knows about detailing? How much?

I have a '98 Dodge Neon. Nothing special to be sure. It's got some scratches and dents I want fixed. Nothing major just dings and nicks. The other thing is the Gas door, being plastic, broke in half during a cold spell and I want it replaced.

How much will work like this cost?

Yeah, detailing is just a cleaning. It may clean up minor scratches, but not dents, and certainly not the gas filler door. A full interior and exterior detailing will run around $200 (I paid $180 for Ziebart to do it to my '98 Sebring convertible, but they did not clean the top like they said they would). For what you are talking about, you need to go to a scratch-and-dent minor body shop. I have no idea what kind of jing you are talking about there.
