#2 are too wide up front. My brother has wide tires on the front of his '65 stang, they wear out like crazy. You'll be replacing them often.

The styling of #2 is better than #1 but waaaayy too much chrome. So I vote for #1

cjgallen has a good point, also that it doesnt quite fit for the mustang to have the same width tires at front and back
