There are generally 3-4 engine model options for my truck, but i have no idea which mine is

Also, how often should an air filter be changed in Arizona?

I suppose we could guess. Each answer would be 25% correct, so you need 4 answers to figure out what engine you have!

I don't know about your engine, but most of them have big letters right on top saying the dispalcement. My Mustang says "5.0 HO" right in the middle. The 3.8liter msutangs say "3.8 EFI" on them in the same spot.

upon searching google images for "dodge ram engine", I found this picture.

Now this is just a guess, but I'm betting that that engine is a 5.7liter hemi.

check your VIN number. On my VIN, the A represents a 2.3L engine

Get off your arse and open the hood and look for the Vehicle Emissions label and it will tell you exactly what year it is and what engine is in it.

my guess is your looking at a 318 or a 360, it could also be a v6 or a 440, although those are less likely. I would put my money on the 318.

Look on the emissions sticker on the crossmember above the radiator.

Most likely you have a 5.9L, but could also have a 5.3L. If its a 2500 or
a 3500 you could have a 8.0L v-10.
