As the left front rotates at slow/pickup acceleration speeds, it squeals on then off (repeatedly) until I reach about 10mph+. Is there a quick fix ?... maybe like low brake fluid or something to that affect (I know it's not when applying brakes though) ? It's a '90 Accord (FWD).

Probably worn brake pads. When the pads wear they move around a little more and tend to kind of "bounce" off of the brake rotor, making a repetitive squeeking noise.
