YACT: What causes slow acceleration?

My 3.0L car gets up to 150 no problem. :D

Can't argue with that. I think my car would go faster but it cuts off fuel a bit above 110.

What does top speed have to do with acceleration? For the record though I took my Si (1.6L B16A) up to 120 no problems. Don't worry, empty oregon freeway at 4 in the morning :)

Sure, this is what a car similar to mine(stock), except stick, will run

A small engine doesn't mean the car is going to be abysmally slow.
