If you are still having problems getting the fuel filter lines off your fuel filter here are a couple of suggestions that I use. First using a small pick or screwdriver and pry between the hose that the filter to break the seal. Second once the seal is broken use a pair pliers to work the hose loose and then pull the hose off.

When putting the hose on the new filter you can use some WD40 or similar lubricant to slide the hoses on easier. Make sure to tighten the clamps but don?t over tighten them to cause the hoses to swell or distort.
