Skyline is Nissan too but now they sell it here as an Infiniti G35.

well if i remember right, there are no skylines in the USA and that the Infiniti G35 is a bootlege attempt at it (but it is a nice car) so does this mean that we are getting a REAL version of the skyline over here????

Dude - the G35 is a real skyline. Go to Japan, they're the same vehicle, sans a few changes. The Skyline GT-R's of yesteryear are not going to be known as "Skylines" anymore, simply the "GT-R".

V6 in a car this high-end...isn't that unusual (V6 is the poor man's 6 cylinder)? Plus that electric motor thing just sounds like a bloody mess to me, but what do I know!

If the weight is true, that's very good. I wonder how much of this article is speculation though.
