Integras last a VERY long time, just like any other Honda/Acura, those things will pretty much last as long as you keep doing the maintenence on them

It's a HONDA, not a crappy ford or a Chevy, a HONDA - it will last well past 200k miles if basic maintenance is done. It's one of the best/most solid/reliable cars ever built, which is why the value has stayed so high.
You will pay more for a quality vehicle, and honestly, the price the guy is selling it for is very good.
