When I taking off from a standstill on a slightly inclined road (and I don't immediately step on the gas).. I can feel just a little bit of light lurching, not very great by any means, but noticable. Kind of like when you can take your foot off the gas because the incline is slight, but not enough to make you roll backwards.
Could this be something as simple as not enough fluid, or needing to get the fluid changed? Or is my transmission doomed to die? Is this the torque converter? How much moola are we looking at here?
This is 01 Chevy Lumina, AT 47000 miles on it. I have a 3 month warranty from the dealer -- hence it would be under warranty if I could/did find some real problem.
