YACT: Is this a reasonable price for an Accord?

I was looking at a 2004 Accord Ex Sedan Manual (new), and the lowest offer ive got is 18420 so far. Does this seem like a reasonable offer. The dealer wont go any lower.

why are there never any links to old models of their cars on auto company websites ? I thought it was for information. I can see them taking it out if they were selling online.

Go to edmunds.com, calculate the true market value (TMV), knock a couple of hundred dollars off that TMV price and then see if it's still higher then 18420

Good deal, depending on mileage. I got an 03 Accord 2 dr coupe 6 speed EX w/ leather for $19,500 TTL in January. My trade in value at the time was still $24,600, So I jumped on it. Check trade in value and that will tell you how good of a deal it is.

*EDIT: The trade in value for the accord at the time of purchase was $24,600.

According to Edmunds, TMV is 18670 (not including that BS $500 destination charge).

then yes, it's a good deal. Go bring a pen with you, look over the fine print, and enjoy your new car. Say no to all the options that they try to add on at the very end.

Well Id normally think so too, but I also saw that as of Nov 2, Honda is offering 1300 cash to dealer. Does the TMV reflect this?

It is a good deal but if it were me, I'd still low ball 'em even more to around $17,900 OTD.
