rofl, a $40 bribe? What a fvcking moron. Estimates are usually just that - depending on the insurance company, his might pay after all repairs are said and done rather than cut you a check now

Should I just sue the insurance company as soon as I get the police report?

They're being very, very gay.

Saying things like insurance is on the driver not the vehicle, accusing me of arguing with them when I just ask basic questions like if the person is even covered by them.

My lawyer won't charge anything just for filing the suit or whatever, and so far I pay him just $150 every time he has to appear in court. I think the firm is kinda big too. It's Rubins Kase Rubins Cambiano and Bryant in Kansas City. Maybe If I just file a suit the insurance company will cut the crap?

Go to the doctor and make sure nothing is wrong with you.
You will feel it after a couple of days.
And if all else Sue their asses. It's the American way.

You know those places that buy structured settlements or whatever?

If this insurance company doesn't cover the guy and I sue the guy and win, will someone "buy" the settlement if he doesn't have the money to pay me?

I would think so. But don't you just get a certain percentage of it ?
