YACT: I got a new car today! *now with pics!*

Spent all day at dealers today and finally settled on a black Mazda Protege5 loaded for a really good price!

EDIT: it's auto with optional manual shift, 16' alloy wheels, power sunroof, ABS & airbags, spoiler, 6 CD changer, 100W subwoofer built in

Yup, that was me. 'What freeway battleship' or something like that. I got no way to do pics though, but here's some like mine. It's a pearl or metalic white. It's a great ride and I did 100 mi on the freeway last week at 31 mpg on the nose.

I like it. Needed something to go to Sacramento in that wouldn't kill my back like my other cars were so I don't drive it too much locally, but the comfort makes it so tempting. It ain't so kind on gas on city streets though. I could have gotte an super deal on a 2002 white white for 24 thousand, I think 29 thousand miles, but couldn't justify that for something I really need a few times a month. The nice thing is that the car is super clean, almost like new even in the engine compartment.

I have been driving a 89 cressida and 93 tempo, and this is my first new new car.

I am sure you will get one soon

The car has awesome handling, you should test drive it and feel its grip around the curves!
