Way up in there. In fact, in the actual fully inserted key position, and it's just the tip (first two pins). Tried the magnet/tweezers and failed. This key is non-magnetic.

from the description of the problem, it isn't broken off where the key enters the lock (where they usually break), but actually inside the lock.
