TDW, don't sweat the headgasket problem, the TBI engines are known for them, but in turbo form a blown headgasket isn't all that common. Anyways - what kind of cooler is that, a saab cooler or something?

If I were you, I'd be saving for an NPR and a 89 TII turbo, then the small stuff like the SMEC and injectors... that's where the REAL fun will start :) or even go for The Powerstroke cooler! (I'm sure you're well aware of this monster of an IC)

I'll bump it up to 13-14psi tomorrow.
Are you still using the stock Mitsu turbo? Try not to go higher than 15psi for long if so - that $hitsubishi will crap out at higher boost levels. I have one on my project Shadow unfortunately :( I can't wait to either get an S60 or a TII depending on how much money I have by spring time :)
Thats what we put in the 95 L in my sig was the PS intercooler.. it's a monster :D

Yeah, I've even seen people stuff them into a G Body Chrysler (the Daytonas and Lasers, tiny compared to the Minivan) - wild stuff :D

Hell I think somebody stuffed one in a Omni. Its orange and has a rampage front end swapped onto it and he calls it something like the omnipage :).

Yeah, it's called "Horange" (Horizon-Orange)
And it has a front clip from a Charger (same deal as the Rampage from that year I'm pretty sure)
