3K gives me 90-95 Mph. TL, 6 speed.

Next question - done anything to the wheels/tires?

Rolling on stock 195/60-15s. Speedo is radar-confirmed to be slow by 2mph@100 so at highway speeds it shouldn't be more than 1mph or so.

Civics get a bad rap for being "buzzy" at highway speeds because Honda's 4-bangers tend to be buzzy at revs period.
OTOH, my WRX spins 3k at about 78mph in 5th and you can barely feel the revs from the flat-4.
And it's not just flat-4 vs. inline-4 either. Take out a VW with an inline-4 and they love the revs too. Honda's 4's just don't like to cruise at mid-range to higher rpm. It's keep accelerating or shift. They're very tiring on the freeway IMO.

3000rpm in 5th gear = 72mph.

Can I get some vehicle speeds @ 3K, or engine speeds @ 70mph, along with respective make and model? Every car rag seems to be saying that I should be doing 62mph at those speeds - thus why they bitch and moan about the Civic being "buzzy at highway speeds" because they're doing around 3400rpm.
