YACT: Cracked windshield.. Arrr!

Just noticed a small crack in my windshied of my car. Is there anything I can do to prevent it from spreading?

Yeah, I was gonna ask about it.

Yes, a windshield can be repaired, often at no cost because insurance companies would rather pay for that rather than a new windshield. Call an auto glass place for more details..

Yeah, we just had a rock fly up and crack our windshield...the insurance paid for someone to come out the next day and fill it in at our house. Pretty simple stuff, really.
