BTW, I finally got some time to check up on the caliper. My tires spin freely just fine, and my friend (mechanic) did a little bit of extra inspection and said everything checked out ok. Hm...well, I still haven't checked up on the parking brake system situation yet.
 
If the parking brake is adjusted to tight, it may be draging, slightly, when the handle/pedal isn't engaged.

Just about every car has a differnt type of procedure to do so.

It is possible that the rear pads were just bedding in.

It's kinda hard to diagnose brake problems over the net, yenno..
