The white-walls on my Caddy are no longer white, I have never had whitewalls before so I don't know how to clean them up... I tried soap and water but it didnt work. What about diluted bleach or would it damage the paint/rubber?
concentrated simple green with a terry cloth towel...spray, let it soak...wash the rest of the car, spray again...you can do your rims and whitewalls at the same time basically...follow up with some tire foam and you're good to go
that's what i do on mine
EDIT: if your whitewalls are really bad it may take a couple of cleanings to get them white again...just keep scrubbing and spraying, it'll come out
