Do you not know what a "brand" is? Try using shell instead of chevron, for example.

The seams in cheap catalytic converters are not welded, they are crimped, therefore when they are cold they leak and it smells like rotten eggs. When the catalytic converter gets hot, it usually seals itself off and quits stinking.

It's a common problem. When catalysts were new, GM installed crimped ones on their vehicles and had this issue.
